Cancellation Policy

When confirming your appointment online you agree to the cancellation policy outlined below.

• If an appointment is cancelled within a 24 hour period prior to the start of the allotted appointment time, 50% of the appointment cost will be invoiced. Payment of this fee must be received before any further appointments are made.

• If an appointment is made and not attended, it is classed as a "no show" appointment and 100% of the appointment cost will be invoiced. Payment of this fee must be received before any further appointments are made.

• 2 or more "no show" appointments by a single person will deem them unable to book any further appointments at YLD Therapies.

• Unpaid cancellation fee invoices will deem a person unable to book any further appointments at YLD Therapies.

• If the therapist is unavailable and a late cancellation must occur, this will not be charged to the person who holds the booking and every attempt to reschedule that appointment in a timely manner will be made.

Appointment Policy

When attending your appointment, you agree to the following policies outlines below:

• If you are unwell or have been around someone who is unwell, you are required to reschedule your appointment. Remedial Massage is a close contact environment and coming in sick not only puts the therapist at risk of getting sick but can also endanger the elderly or other vulnerable clients who may attend appointments (regardless of the strict cleaning procedures in place)

• Appointments are conducted based on time. Late arrivals will have a shortened appointment time as the appointment must finish at the original booking time.

• The parking guidelines must be followed or your car may be towed. Do not park in any parking bay designated to any other business.

• Payment is required on the day. Payments can be taken via credit card, debit card, Amex or cash.

• Private Health Fund rebates are ONLY claimable after a REMEDIAL massage or pregnancy massage treatment.
